Contract Agreement

The following is your binding agreement between WebPage CPR and your company for any graphic, web, or database development. This agreement must be signed before any development work begins. Please fill in ALL form fields below.

Payment

Payment for contracted work is due 30 days from the completion date of the projected listed. Any and all uncollected money will incur a late fee of 2% per month.
